Plugin update version update

    I just updated 4 plugins and the WordPress update and can’t get access to my dashboard. I keep getting a message:
    “No Update Required.
    Your WordPress database is already up-to-date! Continue.”

    If a click Continue I go back to my site but when I click on the dashboard I go back to the page telling me my database is already up to date.
