Plugin update ftp questions

    I host on a shared server. we are struggling to get updates without ftp question to avoid.

    but i have another rare thing. When on te plugin page, i cant login to ftp. I get the popup and fill the right credits. But the update wont start, the ftp popup comes back.

    When i am on the dashboard and start plugin update there, i got the ftp question, fill the same credits and… update starts!

    Whats going wrong?
