Plugin-update

I am trying to update this plugin but it keeps failing. I tried deleting the plugin completely but there is an error so I can’t delete it.

The update process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient.

Also for some reason I cannot download any plugins. They keep failing as well.

Any suggestions?
