I want to exclude 2 categories from archive. ECU does exclusion partially: there are visible ALL categories in archive widget, but when I choose a archive item, then archive items are shown properly with exclusion on the page archive. Why there is no exclusion in archive widget?

The widget code generates its info differently, and isn’t reachable by a plugin. So if you need to exclude categories from the widget you need to manually add the exclusion to the widget code. Start looking at the documentation at http://codex.wordpress.org/The_Loop#Exclude_Posts_From_Some_Category
