[Plugin: Uji Countdown] Embed code in a .php page

hi, i’m trying to show this amazing countdown in my footer.php page:
i insert this code:

<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[uji-countdown id=”Countdown a fine lavori” expire=”2013/06/30 12:00″ hide = “true”]’); ?>

but nothing happens..
