[Plugin: Types – Custom Fields and Custom Post Types Management] Setting Taxonomy Specific Permalink

  • Loving the plugin, much better UI than most others. One small hitch however: I made a custom post type titled “REVIEWS” and than a taxonomy titled “TYPES” and under that I made “PRODUCTS”… I went to “ADD REVIEW”, selected products as the type, but I get a permalink structure like this:

    /reviews/%postname%

    I am looking however for:

    /reviews/products/%postname%

Is this possible with this plugin? Hoping to receive a quick response.

Right now, Types filters special characters from the custom URL input. We understand that it’s not correct functionality and we’re going to change it in the next release. This way, you’ll be able to enter / and % and make that custom URL more useful.

I’m looking forward to seeing this functionality added. Thank you! 🙂
