Hi,

I like Transposh very much but i have problem with it. Today i installed wpCompressor plugin to enable gzip on my blog. Then i realize that i can’t use Transposh anymore.

Everytime i click on a flag, it gives me error msg

“Content Encoding Error. The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.”

Pls help.

Hi,

Will take a look and keep you posted, how about using more conventional ways of gzipping such as using the php.ini or mod_inflate?

Ok,

This plugin is a one liner, to a way which is generally not recommended for gzipping, see second note here:
http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.ob-gzhandler.php

your issue may come from the BOM chars (might be a problematic server setup)

Hi,

My site is Misao’s Blog.

I will try to use php.ini but i’m not sure if my hosting let me edit it.

Pls tell me if you find good solutions.
