Plugin translation?

    The page https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/ru/default/wp-plugins/intelly-related-posts/ states: “This plugin is not properly prepared for localization. If you would like to translate this plugin, please contact the author.”

    This raises the question:
    Are the authors unwilling to bring the plugin’s code into compliance with WordPress translation standards?

    Or has the plugin been abandoned, and there’s no point in waiting for a solution?
    When checking the plugin with the WordPress Plugin Check (PCP) tool, the following is displayed:
    Errors: 246 and Warnings: 149.
    Most of these are related to the text domain. The Poedit translation program doesn’t see any strings for translation.
