Plugin to save variable values

Hi.. i’m looking for a plugin that simple save’s a variable name and value.. and then in the code it can be used by something like:

<?php echo get_saved_value(“template name”); ?>

and if we’ve set a pair with name “tempalte name” and a value for it.. it should get that value and echo it there

Any such plugin out there ?
