Plugin to make proposals for customer

Hey there!

I am looking for a plugin which can solve the following issue:

On my website I want a tool where customers can choose different answers and then they get a proposal for a specific software program. But its not a quiz with right/wrong.. They also may select more than one answers.

For Example:
1. How many invoices do you get each day?
a. 1-50
b. 51-100
2. How many employees are working in your company?
a. 1-100
b. 101-500

And If the customer f.e. selects 1 b and 2 a there should appear a message below the questions to take a closer look at the Software solution “solution abc”.

Any ideas? would be great 🙂
