Plugin to filter posts by category in each page

hello,

I have a wordpress website with WPML. As you may know, this plugin filters for instance posts to show in a specific page language based on the language.

Additionaly to this filter, I would like to filter the posts to show in each page of the site, based on categories selected. So I would like to have a plugin that let me choose the categories that can be shown in a page while Im configuring the page. Anyone knows about a plugin like this? This plugin must not override the filter that WPML is already implementing.
