Plugin to create rotating text

I have a WP blog and would like to create an area on my blog such as the one on this blog (see “Quotes to Feed Your Mind” on the right, near the bottom) http://www.envisionfreedom.net/. Does anyone know what plugin I need & how I do this? THANKS MUCH!
