Plugin throwing error

    The plugin is throwing an error (I hid the URL but am happy to share privately)

    public_html/wp-content/plugins/click-to-chat-for-whatsapp/click-to-chat.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/customer/www/URLHIDDEN/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6461

    I cannot login to the /wp-admin page due to this error.

    I cannot find the plugin in the plugin list on the website.

    I cannot add the plugin again as it says it’s already there.

    I’m very confused about how to fix this.

    Hi,

    sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    please delete the click to chat plugin from server hosting. this will clear the issue.

    Access the server
    your website files -> wp-content -> plugins
    please delete ‘click-to-chat-for-whatsapp’ folder

    and please reinstall the plugin.

    later please share some information when and how this issue occurs. is it caused when updating the plugin?
