Plugin that displays alt/title image’s text when rollover ?

Hi,

I’m looking for a plugin/script/.. that displays a text (colorized using css) on an image when the mouse passes over that image.

I’m using the next gen gallery plugin for the images, so I would like the text displayed to come from the alt or title attributes of the image.

What I’m asking is for something like this:

But using css, because in this example they use another image when rollover.
