Plugin that allows multiple contact forms on 1 page

I have a member directory which will include emails, I want users to be able to email the members without revealing their email address. Does anyone know of a plugin that will do this? eg.

Member name
Email this member:
[[contact-form to="user1@domain.com"]]

Member name
Email him:
[[contact-form to="user2@domain.com"]]

I search and could not come up with anything that would work multiple times on a page.
