Plugin Support

I’m a Premium Special member of wpmarketplaceplugin.com which is one of your network sites.

I need your support in urgent to solve some major issues after testing some of your extensions and add-ons for WP Marketplace plugin:

1. WP Marketplace plugin
1.1 Payouts function: The payout amount is calculated on a wrong base that maybe resulted in more sales more loss to the site owner.
1.2 Edit Profile page: Left column always be cut half no matter with which theme is used.

2. Simplified Checkout plugin
2.1 When it’s activated, one order would turn out into two orders, one in completed status, the other one in processing status. The processing one will be completed when next order is placed by any buyer, and the file downloaded is the file purchased by next buyer.
2.2 When it’s deactivated, no error found as above mentioned. However, the downloaded zip file contains the product itself and its root directory which is not supposed to be there.

3. Membership plugin:
3.1 It shows a fatal error message as below when I try to activate it after the wpmarketplace plugin is activated.
“Membership plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /home1/…/mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/wpmp-membership/index.php on line 208″

4. Centrino Pro theme and Payza plugin
4.1 They are still not available since last email sent by someone from wpeden.com via contact@wpeden.com on 2014/3/6. He told me that they will be available within next 48 hours.

I like your products very much, especially Centrino Pro. That’s why I paid $55 to subscribe Premium Special Membership.

I had sent temporary wp-admin login details to contact@wpeden.com. Hope you or your team can solve my issues ASAP!
