    Hi there,

I’ve found your plugin “WooCommerce AdWords Conversion Tracking” stops “WC Fields Factory” plugin from functioning correctly.

With your plugin active it becomes possible for users to add products that have required personalised fields to be added directly to the Cart. This is not a desired function.

If I turn your plugin off the website functions correctly by placing the user on the product page and showing an error for the field(s) that needs filling in.

I’m using the Storefront theme and have all the latest versions installed on the site.

I appreciated you cannot test all plugins with your plugin however can you suggest a work around to fix the issue?

    Regards,
    Renners.

    Hi Renners

Thanks for reporting this. I’ll try to reproduce the issue on my machine, but might need your help, because I don’t know if I can copy your setup so easily.

Do you have a staging environment that I could get access to and test?

    Regards
    Aleks

    Hi Alekv,

I tried and get the following error:
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

I assume you do not allow zip files to be sent. You can download it from https://wordpress.org/plugins/wc-fields-factory/

Yes, My email server doesn’t accept every attachment.

Ok. I’ll try to figure it out with the plugin from the repository. My guess is it won’t reveal much, as you probably have a custom configuration that plays a role too.

Send me an email to support@wolfundbaer.ch so that we can stay in contact and exchange more info.

    Hi Alekv,

Thank you for your reply and assistance.

I’ve come to the conclusion it probably is not your plugin causing the issue it is more likely a google analytics plugin. I’ve tried two now as I need these for global tracking codes to complement your conversion tool. If I disable this (I’ve tried both separately) and leave your plugin running I do not get the error condition.

I’m not a fan of directly adding code however I am going to have to try adding the google global tag code directly to try and confirm if it is the plugin or google’s code that is interacting with the wc fields factory plugin and causing the error.

Thanks for being so responsive, I hope to be able to use your plugin once I resolve the issue.

    Regards,
    Renners.
