Plugin stopped working in Mid Nov.

I use this plugin on three different web sites and they all stopped working about the middle of Nov. I have tried this

OLD NOT WORKING:

THIS ONE WORKS PERFECT:
https://api.instagram.com/oembed/?url=https://instagr.am/p/

All the websites are 4.4 and they are using different themes and different plugins.
