Plugin Stopped Working

A few weeks ago I updated several things on my site (I updated WordPress and a handful of plugins) and I didn’t notice right away but my Scroll Triggered Box stopped working altogether. Can anyone help with getting it up and running again? When I started using it, my new subscriptions skyrocketed and I’d love to have it back!
