[Plugin: SSQuiz] Can't insert media

I can’t insert a media (picture) on question section. When I click “Insert Media”, the form box not display correctly. Box position displayed at the bottom of page and I can’t acces it..

Please update your plugin, like this plugin very much.. 🙂
