    1. Make a backup copy of your comments.php file
    2. Go to this link, http://pastebin.com/tvvCbyWv, and use the code in the “RAW Paste Data” section to replace all the code in the comments.php file.

    It worked, but has actually changed my post box, if you have a look here:

    Any idea where I need to go to rectify that by any chance?

    EDIT: That was with google chrome, the box is funny. In IE “Post Comment” appears but there is no box and it is not clickable.

    Neither worked, could it have something to do with there being a comments-paged.php file as well?

    It appears to be a CSS issue with the theme that is not related to the plugin.
