Hey there!
I connected my Social plugin to my page-only account, but was unable to replicate the same behavior. It looks like everything is pulling in correctly on this side of things. Here’s the screenshot of what we’re seeing in the “comments” section of the post (please forgive the sloppy CSS going on):

Are there any other plugins that are connected that might be interfering? I might be behind on my Facebook terminology, but what type of “page” are you currently connecting with (band, place, group, etc.)?
Give us a shout back and we’ll be happy to give it another shot.
Cheers
STE7130, I am having the same problem as you. I will continue to broadcast some new posts, and see if anything changes. I also did a direct URL query, and received the same empty data.
mc_nate, could you give us an example of your URL query that does find data?
Mine is:
https://graph.facebook.com/search?type=post&q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.musicfortenews.com%2F%3Fp%3D969
STE7130, where did you grab that url? I just copied it without researching it. I am not seeing that request in firebug.
I’m able to get results like this:
https://graph.facebook.com/%5BPOST_ID%5D/comments&access_token=%5BACCESS_TOKEN%5D
Of course substituting the post_id and access_token with your own.
You can play around with that here:

I don’t know what the plugin is calling though.
Any other help out there?
Hey guys!
Sorry for the misunderstanding on my part. Right now, Social is limited to pulling in comments only on the broadcast, itself. Pulling in comments by searching for a URL is something that’s on the radar for the next release, however. 🙂
Let us know if we can help with anything else.
Cheers
Thanks for the reply, mc_nate. Actually, I am having trouble pulling in comments on the broadcasted message. And when I attempt it manually, it finds Twitter, but never Facebook.
I have checked my facebook permissions to ensure that everything is public, but that has not helped.
Oh yeah! That is working. Love the improvements. Great job!
