The plugin uses this capability for the standard menus:

For the options menu it uses this capability:

https://wordpress.org/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/#manage_options

There isn’t a menu to configure these capability, however you can hardcode custom capabilities in the files used to generated the menu HTML and in the file used to register the custom WordPress menu. These files are available in the /admin/view/ folder, the custom WordPress menu registration is done in this file /admin/class-daextsfve-admin.php.
