According to developer’s forum thread http://www.prelovac.com/vladimir/forum/smart-youtube/smart-youtube-in-php-code this is not possible. That would be a bummer. Then I would need a another plugin.

It does work, but looks horrible in Safari, Chrome and IE as the third slide bar is not shown whole and a part of the second video is shown. When sliding to next video you see the next plus part of previous.
hi, I’ve been killing myself fro three days trying to insert the smartyoutube somewhere else than in a post, page, or sidebar, and i just can’t seem to get a positive answer from anyone.
You seem to have managed to embed the video in you slider, what code did you use? I’ve a novice at everything and you seem to be the only one with answer!

I used coda slider in the end to slide Youtube movies. Youtube movies are loaded from custom post type posts. The Youtube links in the posts are wrapped by flash tags on the page itself. Like that all movies play well and can be slided.
