Por favor alguien podría ayudarme soy nueva en estos temas, sucede que estoy usando el plugin Smart Slider al ponerlo en mi tienda solo se aprecia una de las diapositivas, yo hice la creación de tres solo me aparece la primera, tampoco aparece la pestaña para cambiar a la siguiente diapositiva, que puedo hacer?????

I can see a # character appear before the proper URL.
So please go to the Slide editor, select the layer with the link and in the Link field: https://smartslider.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1834-button-layer#link
if you see a # character before the URL, e.g.:
#https://example.com
then you will need to remove that, so your url should look simply like: https://example.com
and that will most likely fix the problem.
Otra vez yo aquí, ya borre el elemento # que aparecía antes de mis URL https: pero el problema persiste, sigue apareciendo una sola diapositiva, y no sale el indicador la cambiar de diapositiva a la siguiente.

Hola muchas gracias por las respuestas anteriores, quiero que me ayuden en la apariencia de mis slider cuando se ve desde un celular, se ve muy grande el slider y no se adecua al formato que usan los smartphones, también mis textos que puse en mis slider a partir del segundo slider se deforman al ser visualizados desde la tienda, al momento de configurarlos quedan bien, pero cuando ingreso a la tienda se ven deformados, incluso los botones se ven de forma en que no los dejé.

And about mobile view your issue will be probably, that each of your slide’s height is as big as the height of your layers, margins and paddings are and your entire slider is as big as the highest slide is. You might used margins and paddings to adjust your layers, but you should only use alignment options for positioning:
So you should remove the bigger margins and paddings and use alignment options from parent elements instead.
