[Plugin: Slick Contact Forms] Insert a twitter icon

I want to insert a Twitter icon next to “submit” button.

I have to create

<img title=”” alt=”” src=””>

But where?

With firebug i localize the HTML :

<li class=”button-row”>

But i don’t find it in PHP files.
