[plugin- site creation wizard]get_current_site() wordpress 3.1

Hi,
get_current_site() function is not executed in wordpress3.1. plz anybody help me.

plugin installed properly but when i am clicking on “Create new website”
there is some fatal error “Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_current_site() in /home5/cashbac1/public_html/mpswbs/wp-content/plugins/site-creation-wizard/site-creation-wizard.php on line 419”

According to me current site means own site where we have installed this plugin? if not then plz tell me something about current site
