[Plugin: Simply Poll] Error displaying poll

The plugin seemed to initially work until someone voted, then the following error is displayed. The title of the poll is then displayed under the error with an empty container.

The content in the database appears ok, although the text in the poll does contain non-alphanumeric characters. Are these allowed?
