[Plugin: Simple Full Screen Background Image] image size, resolution and type

    I just downloaded, installed and activated the simple full screen background image plugin. I am so excited! I have been trying to figure this out using photoshop. This is going to do it. One question though. The image is blurred so I know that I need to have a specific size, resolution and type of image. Can you please tell me what will get me the best results? Thank you so much.
