I’m using the mantra theme on Wp 3.4RC1. I’ve enabled the comment plugin, but the connect with Facebook button doesn’t do anything at all. May be I’m missing some javascript code in the body of my theme?

Possibly you are missing the wp_head() or wp_footer() calls in your theme.
