[Plugin: Shortcodes Ultimate] Nivo Slider doesn't load

I’ve upgraded the plugin to the latest version and now the nivo slider isn’t loading whereas it was working fine before. I’ve tried reverting the version back to it’s previous working version but can’t get it to work anymore.

I have the slider on several pages but here’s one as an example:
