[Plugin: Shortcodes Pro] hide in print.css

Is there a way to hide this when printing? I have tried

#dynamic-to-top,
#dynamic-to-top:active,
#dynamic-to-top:focus,
#dynamic-to-top:hover,
#dynamic-to-top span,
.rw-js-container {
    display:none;
}

in my print.css, all to no avail.

I realize that scrolling up eliminates this problem, but not all readers will realize this and I would like them to avoid the frustration, since this plugin does block content.
