[Plugin: Shortcode Exec PHP] Getting started

  • Here’s a very basic question for someone without PHP expertise, but who wishes to use your query.

I have installed the plugin in 3.01 multisite and checked “Make shortcodes global”.

I see a default shortcode called query_posts, and have checked “Enabled” and “Output echoed”.

I am expecting that this example accepts the arguments shown here:

    http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/query_posts

I added the following shortcode into a page:

    [query_posts cat="120"]

After publishing I see nothing, not even the shortcode. Is that because I’ve missed something very obvious or because there is something wrong in my particular instance? Or something else?

    Suggestions welcome.
