Plugin Search

I’m building a site for a customer who is looking to have a portal for employees to input their clients information including contracts. They would like to be notified or displayed with a list of clients who’s contracts are about to expire. Any plug-ins come to mind to achieve such a request?

e.g.

customers purchases device under 2 year agreement. plugin captures customer data and displays those customers who are up for contract renewal
