Plugin screws up WooCommerce variations

Sorry to say, but this plugin is incompatible with WooCommerce. It kept on screwing up my variations every single time I left the page edit or clicked on “variations” again. It didn’t stop until I deactivated this plugin. How can this be? You created this plugin to work with WooCommerce, but it clearly doesn’t!
