Plugin Resets Custom Post Type Templates

    I have a custom post type that uses the ‘WP Post Type Template’ plugin to enable page templates to be assigned.

    When Installing your plugin and enabling it for that custom post type, every one of the post templates gets reset to the default!

    Now I will have to go in and manually change the templates back for every one of my 57 custom posts 🙁

    Can you add an option to not affect templates?
