[Plugin: Related Posts Thumbnails] Image size not customizeable

The image size is just too big, even with the CSS style thing turned off. It does not look so small and cute as in the preview screenshot you have given. Uninstalled. In fact there is not a SINGLE thumbnail related posts plugin out there that works. *Frustrated*
