    I have installed and activated the Register Plus plugin
    Everything seems to work well, except for the fact that the From: email address that is used in emails that are sent to users and admins is not correct. For some reason, the plugin uses and I would like to set it to something else

    I have tried enabling custom user and admin emails. When enabling those options, I can specify a From: address, but when I enable that functionality, the registration doesn’t work anymore. When a user presses the register button, the site reports an error (500). When I disable the functionality, everything works again, but the From: email address is still not correct.

    When I go to, I can see that the admin_email field is set correct. I would assume the plugin is using this field, but apparently it is not using this field and is either trying to build it’s own email address, or gets the email address somewhere else

    where can I change this email address ?
    is this a bug ?

  • I just confirmed that my WP install that has Register Plus, also sends the New User emails from wordpress@mydomain

    I kind of want it to send “from” my specified Admin email, too! Good idea. Anyone know?
