[Plugin: Redirection] Open redirection on pages in new window

I am using this plugin to redirect pages showing in the main horizontal menu (under header image etc) to different sites.

The items that I have in the menu, are for example, Home, A, B, and D. I would like to set A, B, and C to open in a new window. Is there any way to modify the code of the plugin, and what file would it be.

All pages need to open in new window, except for the Home button, so I would need to figure it out with a php code etc.
