Membership plugin

Good evening,

Please I need a recommendation on plugin to use in managing two types of user membership.

1. User 1 – Where user will Sign up and gain access to a membership area where he has options to choose from different subscription plans created by ADMIN and make payment to that subscription option.

Note: The intended plan is to use this plugin to manage an investment section of an Agriculture Investment website with ROI, so any specific plugins that handles Investment plans will be highly appreciated ( HYIP kind of plan, but this is a real Agriculture investment, not HYIP)

2. User 2 – Mortgage, Home loan management plugin, Insurance management plugin, Pension management plugin. I need recommendation on any such plugin ?
