[Plugin: Recipe Share] Submit Form Not Working

When the ‘Submit Recipe’ button is pressed it tries to call
http://sitename.com/recipes/submittedThe problem I’m running into is I have an IIS server so index.php is inserted into all the URLs. So what it should be calling is http://sitename.com/index.php/recipes/submitted
Can you tell me where I can edit this to correct the code to allow for this?
