[Plugin: Recipe Share] Submit form error

Hi,
I’m using WordPress 3.0 and I’m trying to add the recipe form on my posts (or on a separate page). It says that [recipe-form] short code is deprecated and that the form is automatically inserted into the page selected for user submissions.
Well, unfortunately it’s not (or maybe I don’t know how to set it?!..)
When I try to access the settings link, under plugins, recipe share, i get a page not found. (http://mysite.com/wp-admin/edit-pages.php?page=recipe-share-overview).

I know that there is an alternative plugin for writing recipes (recipe-press) but I would prefer not to use it (it ruins my theme- Old School).
