[Plugin: Ranged Popular Posts] Counting and sorting on post visits

This would be a most excellent plugin for our purposes if this could count post visits and then sort popularity based on that. In a site where posts are mostly embedded content from for example Youtube, a post can be widely popular without gathering much comments.
