Plugin – random blog post

    Hi I am looking for a plugin that would :
    1. Pick a random Blog article from my Blog.
    2. Add the blog article selected to an rss feed
    3. Do this 3 times a days

    Maybe a cron job ??

    Any help would be appreciated – jerry
