[Plugin: Quotes Collection] Additional p-tags in any BUT first blockquote

When using [quote|all], the <q> and <cite> elements inside a
blockquote get wrapped into a <p> element. This is the case for any, BUT the first
blockquote.

Could you please fix that?

Apart from that, best quotes-plugin I’ve found!
