[Plugin: Quotes Collection] Admin-ajax is called too much

Just so you know, with the default settings of the plugin, it makes so many requests to admin-ajax.php that a client’s website got suspended due to the amount of queries to that single file (seems to have used a lot of CPU resources).

I’d recommend putting a warning about how often the request happens, or at least put the option to deselect the auto refresh feature outside of the advanced options area in the widget dashboard.
