  • What do you mean by having the plugin in your site or in the “library”? What specific actions did you take?

Also, every plugin is different, so you’ll have to name the specific plugin to get any meaningful support. Can you show a screenshot showing this plugin in your site/library?

I’m sorry, but the correct answer really is what you were provided earlier at https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-problems-21/#post-12167698

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

You should if the plugin is developed properly, therefore there is a problem with the plugin, and you will need to contact that plugin’s support as mentioned a week ago: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-problems-21/#post-12167698
