We recently had our WordPress admin set up a private blog for our company using Private Blog plugin. Now, we want to allow employees to access the RSS feed in Outlook, which doesn’t support authentication. I asked our admin to intall Private Feed Keys and More Privacy Options plugins, and he did, but he doesn’t know how to get it to work, and neither do I! Is there an easier way or better plugin for this? Or, how the heck do I get it to work? I don’t see where the feed keys are; they’re definitely not under user profiles, where they’re supposed to be.

Alternatively, is there a plugin that will allow employees to subscribe to email updates for the private blog?

I don’t know if this makes a difference, but we are using a global password for the blog as opposed to giving each employee a user name and password. The latter is not even an option, because our employees will not log into a blog.
