[Plugin: Postie] Help posting images wordpress site Contrast Theme

Hi

My website uses the Contrast theme and I will be working in Antarctica and only able to email updates. I want to email my blog posts via postie with images in the background as per the theme options but I cannot work out how to do it. If anyone can help that would be a huge help.
