[Plugin: postbyemail] post by email on wp 3.3.2

I have placed all the required information into the settings/writing section of my blog elpasotarot.com and I still cannot get a message to post by email. The new email address I have from my internet provider works perfectly and I have the outgoing server and everything, but nothing happens.
Also, there is too much conflicting information out there on wordpress’s own sites that is not helpful or is too old.
